The Chanel Beauty iPad app was created as a digital beauty box for customers to explore and shop the Chanel Beauty range of products. It also engages the user through brand storytelling, inside news, beauty tutorials and campaigns. The app utilizes the tactile nature of the tablet by allowing the user to choose from the range of Chanel Beauty tools and makeup, to create artworks which educate customers about the product range. These artworks are then able to be shared in an online gallery, adding a social layer to the platform.
